Welcome to the Street Cat Coalition (SCC) website! The SCC is a small all-volunteer nonprofit affiliate of Colorado Animal Rescue Shelter in Glenwood Springs. We are dedicated to improving the lives of feral and stray cats in Garfield County. We started our efforts almost 5 years ago in Carbondale and have now extended our services throughout the county.
